Another glorious summer’s day brought out thirty members of The New Club, being able to enjoy a sumptuous marquee at Cheltenham College during the Cricket Festival.  Another marvellous feast was produced by Carl and his team, including rare roast beef, King prawns, Citrus Baked Wye Valley Salmon pork leek and black pudding sausage rolls, sun dried tomato, basil and goat’s cheese quiche, a selection of scintillating summer salads, warm buttered French Dressed potatoes.  Finally Chantilly profiteroles with summer berries with rainbow meringues and chocolate and strawberry sauce with rainbow meringues and chocolate and strawberry sauce .  No supper was required that night!
