Our membership package
Members of The New Club join to meet other like-minded individuals and make new friends as well as to meet up with existing ones, to take part in the lively, interesting, diverse and fun activities of the Club, to enjoy the varied social life of the Club, to learn new skills and practise existing ones, to delight in the exquisite and varied food and drink at the frequent suppers and lunches at the Club, and to benefit from more than 40 Reciprocal Clubs in the UK and throughout the world with which we have a relationship.

For those who live 10 miles or less (by Google Maps) from the Club, or who carry on their business as owner, partner or director within the Parliamentary Borough of Cheltenham irrespective of their place of residence.

Overseas memberships
For those whose principal residence is not in the UK and who confirm their intention to be absent from the UK for a continuous period of six months or more.
*Joint membership is available with a spouse, partner, parent, sibling or child.

Weekly events, dinners & visits
Meet your friends for a coffee and the newspapers; come to the weekly themed suppers; be fascinated by the speakers at our monthly lecture suppers; drop in for a light lunch during the week or for Saturday brunch; enjoy our live music evenings, whether jazz, blues, musicals, cabaret or opera. Spend fascinating days out on our visits, whether it be to the gallops and training stables, from backstage of the Royal Opera House, even to Diddly Squat, behind the scenes at an Oxford college, or to a private stately home.

Your days can be full, whether you want to sing in the choir, ramble across the lovely Cotswolds, play bridge, scrabble, chess, snooker or golf, go to the races, paint, learn Italian, write your memoirs, appreciate wine, art or music – the choice is yours.

Be warmly welcomed throughout London and the UK, as well as across Europe, Africa, America, Australia and the Indian sub continent – you’re never a stranger when you can visit the bar or eat a meal or stay in one of these reciprocal clubs.

Your business can host board meetings in our board room, have small private meetings and meals in our library or small dining room, as well as give presentations to 50+ in our function room.
And you can celebrate with us, with your own lunches, dinners or teas in our Art-Deco dining room or perhaps with cocktail parties in our garden,

Get involved
During the day, the Club hosts a variety of activities, from art to scrabble and snooker to Pilates. Activities are initiated and run by members with an interest in the subject. We also host regular visits to explore areas and sights around the UK.
Our Reciprocal Clubs Worldwide
Host guests
Host your own private dinners, lunches or cocktail evenings with guests of your choice in our elegant dining room, or for smaller parties one of our private dining rooms. Our Chef de Cuisine showcases his culinary expertise by providing delicious food of the highest standard in over a dozen worldwide cuisines, to outstanding acclaim.
