A hidden gate,a beautiful private garden,  live jazz, cocktails and wonderful company…….our Summer Garden Party had all the ingredients for a memorable evening.  Members made  their way through a secret door in Montpellier  Gardens  to discover a magical setting, where the sounds of a saxophone and piano filled the air.  Ryan kept the cocktails flowing, chef Carl served a delicious selection of canapés and Lyn and Hettie ensured everyone was wonderfully well looked after.  The only unexpected guest was a passing Summer shower on the eve of the heatwave but thankfully the magnificent weeping silver birch tree provided shelter for  many. Many said it was the epitome of a typical old English Garden Party but it certainly worked!
